I've a got a real pain for not actually knowing on how to install games with my data cable. the software I use to download or upload picture themes and sound on my phone doesn't actually have such an option for installing java games so would anyone be so kind to telling me how to do that? Thank you!

You just drag and drop the files, SE phones are smart enough to guess what file it is and places it accordingly to the designated folder.
