If it's what I'm thinking off its not a specific message you can send but rather a text message sent to you which can't be saved for some reason. I've had a couple saying I've won some crappy competition or something.

one thing that i don't like is that, when the phone is in the lock mode, and a flash sms received, if we are not aware of the msg, when you unlock the phone, it will be automatically deleted without giving us the chance to read the flash sms. sighhhhhh......
