hi guys !!!
can some one tell me if the total call duration gets reset if i flash my k700i

i had a problem of my phone loosing charge within a day even in standby mode, the SE service center guys tell me that they will replace the mother board, ( should they not give me a brand new phone ????) but am not sure if the mother board is brand new,yester day when i collected my phone it showed 11 hrs of call duration !!! very bad service provided here in bangalore

Cannot it be done thru firmware/software upgrade, or more so, if it is still under warranty pal. They should have just replaced it with a brand new unit I guess . . .

I called them up and am going there this afternoon, if they still fool around, i'll file a police complaint saying i was cheated by the SE service center

no ned to file police complaint, just tell them nicely, they might have made a mistake and that this phone did not have 11 hours call time and they might have mixed up the phones and to kindly look at it. just give a hint that you will go to consumer court and file a complaint, (as a matter of factly) no need to shout or get angry.
hey did you check the phones IMEI and the one on your box? are they the same?
