i always get this message when i turn on my phone

anyonw know how to solve this problem?

I still be able to use the phone after the msg appeared. i didn't install any application for 3 weeks but it just happened 2 days ago.

Ok...now try doing a master reset. Not the full reset!! And see what happens? Maybe some program startup error.
