the p series dont have 'stereo' plugs ( thats 3 contacts ) thay have 4 contacts, the extra one is for the mike. that said, it looks like a phone button on the volume widget so it may be 4 contacts on the plug? HOWEVER, i have an XDA2s and a 910, and the headphone sets, both 2.5 mm x 4 contacts are not interchangeable. the contacts are mapped differently between the 2 brands. another marketing ploy.

i have contacted one of the sellers from ebay re. this asking if it would work with my p910i and he said its not possible although he didn't clarify
