In other words, we dont have the exact date yet when it will be in the shops. Firstly theres no official sure releasedate, secondly even if there were, it still depends on which shop in which country as not all countrys get it at the same time.
we just have to be patient and ready when it actually hits the country we are in.

i had contacted the sony ericsson people recently from their site...and they said that the phone will be available in india in
mid may..
we are all waiting patiently...i personally don't see whats holding up
so much

Nothing is holding them up, theyve never said releasedate would be anything but second quarter, that ends 30.june so basically they could wait untill then and still be on time according to releaseplan.
They have to finish the firmware first and remove any bugs thats been discovered during testing, they also have to get the model tested and certified at operators before they can release it.
We all want it, but dont be so impatient people, they are not holding it back to annoy anyone but instead to deliver as good a product as possible. If they release it to soon it will be full of bugs and then everyone will be all over them for not testing enough before releasing the phone. It seems no matter how they do, there are allways someone that are not satisfied.
