ok, I recenlty tried 96kbps and it sounds GREAT. but Ive heard that lower kbps dont differ much except for the size.. so whats the best kbps for you? (or best format for that matter.. (.mp3,.ogg,whatever) thanks !

well i do the lowest memory, first of all its small and i can store more songs, and there is not much different between the sizes

They say ogg files have equivalent quality to mp3 files with half the kbps. I use 64kbps for ogg & it sounds great to me.

just converted a cd to ogg at 64kb, sounds alright! whole cd was under 32 mb, nice size! Should get my 512mb card in the post in a few days, so thats encouraging knowing i can get tons of tunes on it!

@azzido, what did you use to do the converting. I have Ace-High converter, but it doesn't extract CDs.
By the way, 64kbps oggs sound fine to me. After all, even if they are better quality, you will be playing them through your phone which isn't the best quality in the world anyway.
