Hey ya'll.

I think this is the first time ive started my own thread on Esato, so here goes.

In the past ive never really been bothered about pictures showing when someone calls, but i tried today and they dont work. Whenever i assign a picture to a contact, and that person calls, it just shows in text Answer, Busy or Answer & continue.

The picture never shows. What am i doing wrong ?

My firmware is R2A.

That's wierd, I never had any problem with contact pics. Does this happen to all contacts?

Now you should regress back to the times when you werent bothered about contact pics....you'll be a happy man again!!
Cant think what the problem might be apart from moving pics to a different location.

I've tried moving them, resizing them and all sorts.

It might be a bug in my firmware or something - i'll probably get it updated soon. Oh well, i'll be getting the K750 within the next few weeks so hopefully i'll be able to use pictured contacts on that.

Not recently no, but the problem AFAIK has always been there.

I just never got around to using pictures in contacts, so never really minded all that much.

I might drop the phone into CPW next week and get the firmware updated.

Have you put Call ID function operative?

Does the cell show you the Contact name as soon as they call you?

Pardon my silly question, but sometimes it's simpler than one may think...
