Hi,

i've got a little problem.
I wanted to Update my V800 via the SE Homepage, but then i realised i need the Flash USB Driver, which i downloaded, but before i already installed the WinXP Driver not knowinf the SE Driver was needed. But the WinXP wont work with the SE Update Service.
So now i need to delete the WinXP automatically installed drivers.
Does anyone know how?
i already deleted all V800 components on the system manager but i didnt work.
and i also tried the "hold Sorry for my English!

disable the firewalls and reinstall your dss-25 driver, or maybe another device, (first delete then plug it again for bringing "new hardware found" screen)

Go into your control pannel and look under 'Modems'...drivers should be installed under there. You can also remove them there.

This is a windows question! If the uninstall or driver upgrade doesn't work, try this.

Find out what the name of your device is, under device manager. Say it's called "XYZ USB Adapter"

Then go to the INF directory under windows (maybe couple levels down, you can just do it in Windows directory), using windows search:

==============
Search for files or folders named: *.inf
Containing text: XYZ USB Adapter
==============

Rename that .inf file to something else.
Now do an install or driver upgrading point to your new driver CD or directory.
