i need help i just got a t68i usb cable and for some reason it dont work on SENDFILE is there a reason or am i stuck i need a software that works with the usb so that i can get my saved pictures or upload themes any help would be great thanks

Be sure to set the configuration right in your Control Panel, Phone Monitor Option, Tab Com ports, COM3 Enabled (!!)

it's isn't always COM 3, check first your virtual com port settings and determine which one you use.

okay guys you have been great help but im still stuck my t68i is version R2A is this correct? or have i bought a bad phone. as for the usb cable i will try the settings later but i have a feeling its because my phone is R2A this doesnt work. any more help would be great thanks

No, its because you need to enable COM3 or COM4 (or whatever the USB cable has set up to).
For some reason the Ericsson Phone Monitor disables them by default...

oops, just saw this posting. are all the mobilephonemonitors in the difference packages the same version? or is there a specific one i have to download? will go and check to see if the com port has been enabled.

In the COM Ports portion of Mobile Phone Monitor, enable ALL ports EXCEPT the ports that have a device connected to it. For example, if you have an external modem connected to Serial Port COM 1, then disable COM 1. For some reason, this helps as the system will just skip ports that do have a device connected to it already.
Once you have done this and still "No phone detected," go to SETUP portion of Mobile Phone Monitor and click on Troubleshooter.
