Didnt you drop the phone the other day too ? or am i just seeing into the future ?
Those white specs are probably dust or dead skin cells from your ear that have gotten in via the earpiece. When you drop the phone, the case moves slightly and allows them to enter into the LCD screen.

But true.
Something like 30% of all household dust is made up of dead skin cells so i once read.
Its inevitable that some will enter the phone through the earpiece within time. Then when the phone takes a knock the case is slightly jarred away from the phone and allows everything building up inside to enter the LCD.

If the phone works, yet its fine.
Dust and other crap on your screen is just annoying to look at. It wont hurt the phone itself.
