looking for a bit of help on this one guys

I have installed ObjectDock and have managed to transfer all the shortcuts from my desktop to the ObjectDock task bar (including Computer,Recycle Bin,Internet Explorer and the Start Menu)

The only icon i have left on my desktop is the P910 icon and for the life of me i cannot find the exe file that i need so that i can run the program from ObjectDocks task bar (when the P910 is connected if you double click it it opens the explorer file then you can see c and d drives)

Anyone have any ideas

Yeah, I hate that icon too . Is there a way to make it go away?

As far as i know you cant really delete The computer and P910 icon but if you right click on an empty part of your desktop and click on Arrange Icons By and untick Show Desktop Icons then you will have an empty desktop

Yeah, but I want my recycle bin to still be there! And any other folders/items I might have there already.

Aw well.

Yeah, I know! Objectdock, designed to emulate Mac OS X's dock .

Don't know about the shortcut you would need to make for objectdock, but I do know how to remove the P910 icon from your desktop. I use a program called TweakUI, with it you can select which icons will show on your desktop and which one won't. It does lots of other cool things as well.

Truth is I don't have the icon on my desktop either, I just get to it using Explorer, because it natively shows up in the file tree on the left. Maybe you should just have a link to Explorer in the dock.

well that quoted tip takes everything off of your desktop no matter what.

I love TweakUI, I think its one of the best programs for XP. It is part of a set of tools called PowerToys. I also have one installed that makes my task switcher show a thumbnail of each task. There are lots of good tools in the PowerToys collection.

Edit: thought I might include a little screen shot
