> Software to compress 3gp file?

Hi all.
I need to copy a 3gp file i have got which is 19mb to below 8mb(A certain Paris Hilton Video, if anyone wanted to know) Any software that could do this?

Will just normal quicktime do, or will i have to upgrade to pro or something daft?There's always a catch like that with apple.

How do you do it on pro version? All i see are options for cropping length. I wanna change resolution and stuff...
PS: normal one doesnt do it btw.

Click Options, then you can change the Data rate, FPS, size etc.
