I have only used Tracker and the SE Desktop and I prefer the SEDT. It seems much more integrated into the system and less invasive. Tracker looks much cooler though, and can be made to look like other devices. I don't currently have any desktops apps installed or a screencap utility installed... I would take a photo if I did.
