thats quit normal, cause 100% is hard to get, using your phone takes power, a full battery will show 100% but when you start using it, its normal that the power in your bat goes down.
the P910i has got a good battery, you shouldn't worry

I agree. It is quite normal to suddenly get your battery level go down to 99 or 98% within the first 30 minutes after you charged your phone (assuming that you kept it plugged in and saw the battery status go to 100%). After it reaches 98%, that's when it normally shows its standby consumption.
I have a p800 and at night (when I'm not using it), my battery level goes down 3 to 4 percent from the time I go to bed until I wake up in the morning (~8 hours). I think that's normal.
However, when you frequently use your phone, that's a different story.

Yeah, you have to remember that battery meters are not all that accurate really. Anyway, if you think about it it's pretty much impossible to have a battery at 100% for even a very short while after it's been unplugged from the charger. The phone will be depleting it's charge immediately and if the battery meter on SE phones is as sensitive as the signal meter is, that drop in charge is going to be registered pretty much immediately.
