My S700i has somehow deleted my internet profile and will not let me add a new one, it says "List of internet profiles is full. Delete unused profiles and try again." even thought the list is empty. Have tried master reset and also update on the Sony Ericsson website. If I try to get settings sent via sms it appears as a text message but doesn't allow me to install.
Any ideas?

Is it Vodafone branded by any chance?

Unfortunately Vodafone dont like people adding to the internet profiles. Dont know why. The correct settings for Vodafone should be on the phone already. If they arent then go to a Vodafone shop and get them to sort it.

The settings were in the phone until they just disappeared - I definitly did not delete them. I'll go and moan at them and see what they can do then.
Thanks for the info!

have you tried a master reset of the phone. Sometimes after a firmware update the phone needs to be reset.

Do the settings reset only. Not the full reset. Settings reset won't delete your stored data.
