delays in actual delivery the product ,
simple but useful features are left out,
still no non-touchscreen series 60 like smartphone,
they arent pushing themselves hard

only real complain is i dont like to have to have 2 to 3 firmware upgrades before i have a stable phone for day to day use ie k700 with its battery and phone book problems

phones only take ms duos or duo pros....which cost thrice as much as a mmc for nokias..

memory stick prices are a sony issue, not a sony ericsson issue but I agree sony ericsson are pushing you into a corner by only supporting memory stick technology although SD support is rumoured to be coming so we heard a couple of months back in another thread

What i dont like is their lack of cheap but multifeatured smartphones like the 3230. Which is why I might transfer to nokia.

Buggy phones
Really bad service center (in my place at least, dunno about the rest)
phones released quite late
Lack of availability of spare parts
Battery Life - biggest problem imo
