When I joined O2 I got 30 days free wap, I was wondering can I send SMS messages from a wap site?

On twilightwap you should be able to do it. Search that site, I don't remember exactly where it was, but it's not hard to find.
Also some networks offer the possibility, like comviq in Sweden.
