Hi!
I’m new here so please don’t get upset if my question is answered elsewhere. I couldn’t find anything about it when I searched the forum, but I might do it the wrong way?
My problem is that when I sync my P910 with MS Outlook the format of my phone numbers changes. The format is in this way “+46 (040) xxxxxxx” . I live in Sweden, 46, and the number (040) is the area code where I live but due to the ( ) the P910 can’t seem to recognize and call the right number.
I know I can change everything in the phone but every time I sync the phone I get either double contacts or MS Outlook changes the format back.
I hope you guys can understand my lousy English and my problem!

I had the same problem and solved it.
How I did was to go to outlook (2003) and write +45 (I live in Denmark so thats our countrycode) in front of all my phonenumbers - at least the ones I previously wrote +45 in front of.
I then used the standard software to sync with my P900 but first I said that the program should save both on the phone and the pc.
Then I got doubles like you do, I deleted the old doubled contacts on my phone and ever since I havn't had any problems with sync
