Lets set the scene

I have 3 line with them, 2 are business, 1 for voice, 1 for data, and 1 is personal.

Together I spend in the region of £5000-5500 per annum with them, so it's not inconsiderable.

The voice business line is £75 rental per month
The data is £50 rental per month
My personal is a mere £25 rental per month.

I have been with them for 15 years.

Tonight I get a call on my house land line, my brother has been trying my mobile since 7pm, and it seems dead. I think thats weird, was fine today.

I go get phone, and it says Inactive SIM on the screen, same on all the other ones.

I think 'How bizzare!"

I call Voda Customer Service.

Me: Hi, I seem to be having a problem with the network, can you tell me if it's down at the mo?

Voda: I'm sorry sir, your lines are all barred, for non payment

Me: Sorry, run that by me again. How much do i supposedly owe you?

Voda: £15 sir, its 6 days overdue.

Me: Your joking, yeah?

Voda: No sir we take non payment very seriously!

Me: Can you explain why you took £428.35 from my account on the 20th April via DD then? I am looking at my bill and I owed you, yes £428.35.

Voda: Yes sir I can see that, but you still owe us £15.

Me: Can you explain this £15 to me.

Voda: I don't know sir, but the billing says you definately owe £15. Your line will remain barred until you pay the balance.

Me: I would like to speak to your supervisor please.

Voda: Please hold the line.

23 mins later

Voda: Can I help you sir?

Me: ALL THE SAME AS ABOVE

Voda: Well I tell you what sir, if you make a manual payment of £15 I will get the bar lifted, and then you'll have £15 of credit on account, and we'll deduct it from your next bill.

Me: (steam pouring from every hole and pore on my body) You want me to pay you money I don't owe you, for you to provided the service I have already paid for? Do you understand the following, NO.

Voda: Well, you'll need to call accounts in the morning sir, goodbye.

LINE GOES DEAD.

I feel that WW3 is going to break out tomorrow morning.

Good luck. If I were you I would threaten to take your business elsewhere. They should do all they can to help a customer who spends as much as you.

Well, if i were you, i would have beaten the hell out of the next voda person i see, seriously, what the f*k is voda doing? Dont they have any loyality for their customers? Threaten them that you are gonna report them to consumer court. Bloody bofos.

Oh roll on tomorrow, I feel I shall move into my professional capacity tomorrow, and the educated tongue shall be exercising some words of superior usage, and the poor fellow at the recieving end shall feel the lashing of my vocabulary bouncing off his ear drum.
