While the specs look good so far, there is one thing that can stop it, battery time. Lots of companies have mentioned that today's batteries can't provide the energy needed for both a phone and a hard drive for an extended period of time. Imagine having to charge the batteries twice a day without even making any calls.
That being said, I have to say that I'm temped too. Dispite being very anti Nokia, a smartphone and harddrive is promising. We'll just have to wait and see.
Oh, and the price is a tad discouraging.

come to think of it, that N90 will be released by summer, it might happen that it will be released faster then k750/W800 actually hit the shelves, hence wipe SE sales
N90 is by far better (carl zeiss optics, almost 4times more display resolution & video resolution, 3G support .. )
