MP4 with the built in video player. (use PVauthor to convert)

XVID (DIVX) with SmartMovie (Comes with its own conversion software for the PC, ive not tried an encoded divx using Flask, but i know others have and it works.

I use smartmovie and it works fine. It is better than the mp4 one to me.

SmartMovie supports mpg1 and mpg2 but you must install the Satsuki Decoder pack 2.0.0.1 on your PC.
