I am making both animated and static wallpaper (JPG) for one of my customer. I was planning to use the same source images for both the animated and the static. But then I found that my source images in the JPG format all looked blurred in my phone. How come? They looked sharp in the animated wallpaper. As you can see in the picture below it is now blurred. So why does it become blurred in the phone?
