> sending jar files to phone from pc via browse

Hi just been trying to get some jar files which are in my bluetooth exchange folder on my pc using the browse feature on my s700i I can find the files and click get it seems to download the file but then nothing happens (no save to directroy) is this no longer possible as I know it used to be possible on the T610
Any suggestions on solving this are appreciated
