ok i got this phone through att's mMode thing.
and i wanted to make it password protected, so i changed the PIN from 0000 to something else, but when i restarted thephone, it says PIN blocked, enter PUK.
Where do i find the PUK?
it doesnt mention it in the invoice, plz help
i really need my phone back
help help!!!

It may be worth u getting your phone checked out at a service center, cos it sounds weird. Anyway, to get the PUK, call att customer services and explane what u want. U will need a pen and paper though. Hope this helps.

On i dont sorry. Try on the invoice or on their website. Working hours, my guess is 9 to 5

No . The only thing u can do is ring them up. I think it is all automated. DONT TRY TO GUESS IT., IF U GET IT WRONG TEN TIMES, UR FONE IS LOCKED FOREVER.
