> P900 Keypad Gone Mad

My P900 keypad buttons are displaying arent working properly, i press * and get 7 i press 0 and get 8 etc. The scrolling button also doesnt "click" in so i cant use it to select. It happens and then goes back to normal sometimes. It been like this for a day now. Could it be a problem with the OS? can i reinstall the OS?

warranty will cover it as long as you didn't spill water on it (or as long as you dont admit you spilt water on it

i had that prob on my p910, it was dust/dirt stuck in the keypad. i managed to get it out by taking the key cover off

I suspect it's either a problem with the keypad, in which case you will need a new keypad I'm afraid! But first, try carefully tightening the screws that hold the keypad on, it may have just come a little loose and it isn't making a proper contact with the contacts on the phone. Try this first, and be careful not to over-tighten the screws!
