Hi guys!

I don't know what happened but my 3 days old P910 just died this morning.I installed a couple of applications and when I tryed to use one of them (I think it was mp3go or ringtonestudio) the phone just freezed.I couldn't even switch it off.So I took the battery out. When I turned it on again it freezed after a couple of minutes. Now I cannot even switch it on.The only thing is the dark blue screen on the screen and nothing happens.Or it stops the middle of the O2 startup animation.
Anyone has any idea?
Thanks guys

It's on the charger now and the red light is on,but as soon as the startup animation started it freezed. Now there is a weak backlight and a first second of the animation the only thing I can see on the screen.
I had my first scotch already!

Normally, I would suggest that you uninstall the erring app that caused the problem. That would be the one you installed before the phone started acting-up or the one you launched and caused the phone to go haywire. But since your phone wouldn't go past the start-up process, you couldn't do this.

I would agree with what EastCoastStar suggested earlier. Go to your service center and have them sort this out for you. I would guess that a firmware reflashing would bring your phone back to life.

Well, the strange thing is I had the luck to uninstall those apps but the problem still persist.I installed diskcleaner, because my idea was there is something on the phone left by some uninstalled application which cause the problem but since I installed the diskcleaner I cannot even switch it on.

Did you try it with the mem stick removed. If the app is installed in the stick, the phone will start up. This message was posted from a K500
