Well after being a devoted Nokia fan. I had to say that I chose to try Sony Ericsson in 2003 and I haven't looked back. I'm the happy owner of a T610 a K700 and an Ericsson T68.

I used to be a fan of the Phillips carousel menu and must admit, I hung on to my OZEO for the longest time... even now I still can't bear to throw it out. But I can't believe the amount of things my K700i can do, every other day I show off one of its features to a friend or relative and blow them away! The take-up of PXT and MMS in NZ has been slow so I only get to use MMS when sending a message to my wife's Z600. Looking forward to the release of the W800.

I agree with you. Even if you're talking abt design alone, SE wins hands down over other brands in the market. Nokia generates so many phones in a very short span, that I dont think they thought much of the response to their phone designs - so much so that nokia phones are really looking junky to date. Nokia used to be the only "user-friendly" phone out there. But over the years, SE has much improved and now it's even better than nokia. What more can u ask for? I'm so glad to have jumped on the SE wagon!

OOPS!
Maybe this a term only used by Vodafone NZ. I was referring to picture messaging; sending a photo or attaching a photo to a text message.

congratulations @emmanuel, good choice!
@carkitter, the Ozeo was a cool phone it it's time too! I especially like the voice dial - it's very effective compared to other brands, Samsung may be 2nd IMO.

I had an
Az@lis for a while too... but I found the orange screen harsh on the eyes after the blue of the OZEO. I thought of upgrading to a Phillips colour screen phone but by then Phillips had stopped selling mobile phones in NZ. Odd eh? I had to put up with a Nokia 6210 for work but it was awful compared to the K700i - a much easier phone to use!
