I am using GPRS internet connection via P910i Bluetooth on my laptop through PCMCIA 3com BT card. Everything seems to work smoothly and at times I have maintained connections for four hours. On three separate occasions my P910i froze resulting in loosing internet connection. The BT blue LED remains lit up and the screen freezes with non-functioning buttons and jog-dial. Even power on/off button does not operate. Then I would take out the battery to switch off mobile and put it back again.
Has this happened to anyone else? What seems to be the problem? Should I presume it is a software problem, or hardware issue?

I've had similar problems in the past, different PC system and a BT USB dongle but a firmware upgrade seems to have resolved my issues. Of course, I can't guarantee that it will work for you but it definately sounds more software than hardware to me
