It's variable. 0845 is usually 'local rate', i.e. it's charged at the same rate as a local call from one landline to another, so it depends on who your phone provider is. If you dial it from a mobile, there may be an extra charge applied by your network provider.
0845 numbers for dial-up internet access are usually charged at 2p per minute peak rate and 1p per minute off peak.
