hi.
I've bought my t68i at one of polish gsm providers (ERA), got sim-lock off and I'm using this phone with other provider (PLUS). The problem is that whenever I turn off my phone all data profiles reset. After full reset of the phone I have four profiles of the first provider (ERA). I change them/add new and everything works fine... untill I turn off the phone. After turning It on the newly added/edited profiles dissapear and I have only the ones from ERA. Even if I delete them they come back after turning off and on the phone. It's a bit annoying. How can I make the phone to remember my profiles? It's no matter if they are manually set profiles or downloaded via SMS. The profiles in WAP, MMS and E-mail settings are OK. Only data profiles act strange. please help. It's SE T68i and the soft version is R2E006.

This is a common problem to which there seems to be no resolution. Post your query on the sony ericsson website under "contact us" and make them aware, we might get a software update that solves the problem but until then, don't switch your phone off.
