I hate the thing!! Can't update to the latest firmware. Done all the checks etc. Updated java.... Get to the accept the firmware page then kicks back to the start every time.

Tried first using firefox and it always kicked back to the start screen. Then tried using IE. I've turned off firewalls, disabled Norton, updated my browser to the latest version with patches.

I got as far as accepting all the terms etc and it had installed the upgrade client. I then hit next and got asked for a username and password to the SE server! WTF?? Obviously not knowing it I hit yes and got the message

"The application reported an undefined error

Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.
"

I tried to run it again and didn't get the password box this time but got the same message as above

Phone is a P910i Voda branded Uk phone. CDA162006/16 Organiser R1A30
