Hi all,
I have tried everything without success. I would like to upgrade firmware on my P910i, phone version R4B002, BT version R2F, Organiser version R3A04, CDA version R3A04, sync station DSS-25. I have tried update service on two different computers:
1) NTB Panasonic, WinXP SP2, IE, Java SUN 1.3.1
2) PC Dell, Win 2000 SP4, IE, Java MS JVM, then upgraded to Java SUN 1.5.0
Both without success. Upgrading fails on one of the last steps after confirming license agreement. This is the error message from java console:

I'm getting the same thing... their site is flakey as all hell.
Initially I got through all the way to the point where it was supposed to start downloading the firmware images, but it failed with some timeout of sorts.
Re-trying a few times later, and I can't get past the page where you plug in your CDA number.
Crappy site!

Great.... now I'm getting a "Uh-oh!" page. Grrr! you'd think they'd be a bit more careful with their update swervers.

Well... Victory! ...
I'm uploading the firmware right now, about 77% done.
The key is to keep going "Back" in your browser and click again
on the links as if you were there on that page for the first time.
The firmware update doesn't seem to start if the download fails or the checksum of the file is wrong. At least they got that right.
