keep geting reason user 3 on apps that used 2 work think i might have installed something thata prob can anyone give me some help?

If you backup, master reset and do a restore, then yes you will still get back the corrupted files, the only thing you can do right now in my mind, is restore from a previous backup which does not contain the corrupted files (not too bad if you do constant backups) or start from fresh which is a good idea as well to get rid of all unwanted files especially if you're a heavy user with many 3rd party apllications.
