I know the Pocket PC and Palm markets are much bigger than UIQ but where a company has released products for all markets is it really that much harder for them to release the updated versions for the Pxxx? I am particularly surprised at Worldmate Pro as, to be of any real value, this needs a GPRS connection. So it's really only useful for smartphones. That being the case the UIQ catches up somewhat with Pocket PC and and Palm. But for them the latest version has real time flight updates which would be so useful to me!
Tome raider version 3 has been out for ages for Windows and the other platforms but we are still stuck with version 2.0
Is this a percieved or real lack of market which puts developers off or is it a technical problem with the the hardware. I can see the relative lack of system memory on the P800/900 may hamper things so maybe we should start to see releases for just the P910?
