Is there anyway to backup your contacts in your PC and then send them back to the phone, i want to masterreset my k700, my contacts r all messed up and shit so i want to clean it up.thx

i downloaded it from another site lol, it works fine thx man i deleted the whole agenda from the phone and then copied it back from the pc, now it seems fine
