More moviles push to talk, is now Nokia and Motorola

Is it very widespread in UK/Europe?
The only GSM PTT phone in NZ is the Motorola 303P so far. S/E don't seem interested in PTT - Z500 is US only
Come on S/E! Why not put PTT in K750i/W800i?
