isn't it a good phone? i mean hasnt it got the exact same features as the k700i except it has memory stick compatibility an 3g?

im confused...

people did make a big fuss about the Z1010 when it was announced and we have comparison threads comparing the Z1010 with the K700 and people whinged alot because they were not becoming available

now, of course, the Z1010 has lots its best opportunity due to the V800 and now the Z800 though you can still get Z1010 fairly cheaply if you prefer that
