> IrDA connecting via motherboard interface

I am having problems with connecting the IrDA device with the SE t610. Windows can't recognize IrDA device or even a mobile phone.
Me and one electritian made this device
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article.php?id=86 , and it's using a 4 pin interface on the motherboard (DFI PE21-EC/A, connector between the 5th and 6th PCI slot).
Anyone already had this problem? Help?!
