> Failed to Backup

I was trying to backup my new P910i using the Sync Station DSS-25. Phone connection link says USB is connected. I got the P910i icon on the system tray. Right click on the icon and select Backup and Restore from there. It can see my phone, no problem. I click on Backup and it ask me to enter the filename of the backup and comments then I click OK. It restarted my phone, on the dialog box with the progress bar, it says "Connecting to phone". After a few minutes, I get this message;
Anyone who had this problem before and how you sorted it out? Need help plz.

I did attached a picture of the dialog box where it says Backup Failed but it seems it didn't show here. Here is the message;
Backup Failed.
Failed to connect to phone.
Please try to make a backup again.
Make sure the phone is properly connected.
The phone will be restarted.
