good day. am a newbie. tried to set up my GPRS account this am manually (as per detailed instructions here) and via on-the-air loading. no go for both. my T68i says "GPRS parameters not supported". swapped SIMS with my wife bec her SIM is GPRS activated. still didn't work with my phone yet when i tried my SIM on her phone, it worked. is there something wrong with my phone? any help would be very much appreciated. (btw, called Globe and they said they have to activate my SIM for GPRS access. what for I said, e i was able to use it nga on my wife's phone but not on mine. lousy tech support.)

also, my phone hangs often esp when using BT with my Palm. would upgrading fw solve the problem. current fw is R5C001. thanks again.
