I think you could disassemble your ps and put its dvd drive in front panel. Just too much work i think. This message was posted from a Nokia

I am also looking for a part, but havent seen it before, but i know they have to make something like this. I want the TV to be in the glovebox (or another area where its not visable) and the person in the passanger seat would be able to pull it out, and adjust it to where they can see. Like an arm with a few joints or something lol.

any help would be great, thanks all!

I have a 1996 Honda Accord with an XBOX in the boot (trunk) and a roof mounted LCD screen where the interior light used to be.

I had no choice but to put the XBOX in the boot. I'm powering it with a 230V inverter (NZ runs 230 volts) and I couldn't risk a 230V cable running the length of the car and what might happen to my wife and 2 kids if we had a crash.

I wanted to fit a DVD remote infared sensor on the dash and run a cable from it down to the boot, but drew a blank on how to connect cable to sensor. Different connectors you see.

The sound goes through the headunit but I haven't managed to eliminate all the electrical interference from the inverter.
It's not bad though.

It's a big job. It needs lots of reseach! I'm sure it's been done in the U.S. plenty of times. Hope you've got lots of cash to spend. I tried to do it on the cheap and struck many problems.

oh yea, i see how you came to this.
honestly, i most likely install it... i will bring it to a shop... people can do it easily here now. i have seen some with 7 or 8 TVs in the car, then with 4 in the trunk... i habe no clue why they do this... but... whatever they want, i just want one! lol

i also am making my truck have suicide doors that have no door handle so they open with a remote. you usually see this on fast cars and lowered trucks, but the truck im getting is lifted 8 inches with 38 inch tires haha

In an Australian magazine I saw a Toyota Celica which had the doors converted to tilt upwards like a Lamborghini. Apparently you can get a special hinge kit to do this. It needs to be fitted by a specialist and costs about AUS$2000 - $3000.
