Pay Monthly - Until 30 September 2005, video calls from O2 mobiles will be charged at the same rate as equivalent voice calls and will be eligible for inclusion within the monthly inclusive calling plan minute allowance. From 1 October 2005, Video calls from O2 mobiles to other UK mobiles will be excluded from the monthly allowance and charged 50p per minute. Video calling is handset and network dependant.
Now that's what I call an incentive!!!!

The networks should allow video calls to be included in free minute allowances, it would really help to promote he feature. The networks made a real mess of MMS with the high charges, hopefully tey have learned their lesson and won't do the same with video calling.

@Scotsboy. Probably their biggest blunder. Having to pay to receive and send MMS is just a bare faced cheek.
This is a good promotion by O2. Getting people familiar with the service first of all is how they should go about things.

Orange have free 30 mins free video calls per month for 3 months on Talk 200
OR
60 mins free video calls per month for 12 months on Talk 400 and upwards.
