I'm planning to do a format and update my firmware and i'm wondering if there is a way to export my programms in a list or a log so i will know won't forget to install them with the new firmware.

You can either write them down, or take a screen shot of your desktop pages displaying the listing of apps.

c:\system\install
&
d:\system\install
Have *residual files* of all applications installed.
You can use these to create a list of what you installed and where.
