I did mine and it really did improve the T610. I still sometimes use it to this day.

Definitely worth doing in my opinion...its rare that a phone can be upgraded so grab the chance if you wanna give you t610 a new life. Maybe the java will be a tad bit faster too considering t630 scores higher in java benchmark.
