Can anyone give me an Idiots guide on setting up an E-Mail account for the UK on my T68I.

Many U.K. email setups are available on http://www.sonyericsson.com/uk (just click on the PHONE CONFIGURATORS link and select EMAIL CONFIGURATOR.

Once you type in your email, mobile and operator details, they'll send the configuration direct to your phone.
