> Hiss with brand new HBH-300

Well folks, I just received my new HBH-300. Paired quickly with SE T616, but when a call is made, there is a hiss in the background (almost like white noise). Gets louder when the volume is higher. Is this normal or should there be silence if no one is talking during the call? Never had this problem with the old HBH-60. Many thanks.

I suggest that you delete the HBH from your phone and reset the
headset, then do the pairing process again. By the way, did you remove any previous pairing with your old
headset?
If nothing improves after this, bring it to where you bought it and have it exchanged for a new one.

Sounds a little better but when the volume is up the whole way, there is still a slight white noise coming from the earpiece in the background when no one is talking. If this "moise" is normal then I have to live with it, otherwise I will get this replaced. Are you saying that on your headset with the volume up as high as it goes you hear absolutely nothing? Thanks!

ive hears slight hissing on some HBH300s, id get it replaces jsut to be sure!
or like reset the headset by pressing all 3 buttons down for 5 secs? (i think) then repair to your phone as see where that gets you.
