There are 10 preloaded picture frames on S700i which also has the newspaper page which is my favourite...
Anyway, is there a possibility to upload or change any of these transparent picture frames by means of any PNG file or something??

no, unfortunately not. they are in firmware and there is no option to select your own from images you may have uploaed to the phone yourself
my wonderful i-mate JAM provides this feature though
