I got my T68 for christmas, and I've had a few problems with it. I just removed the battery to check what hardware version I had, and when I put back the battery it wouldn't click correctly. So now it won't stick all the way in, I hear a click sound if i push on it..

I've also noticed that it can hang at times, and the volume slider is a little loose.
I have hardware version R1A and software R1B.
My question here is, can I turn it in at the store I got it from and get a new one, possibly a R3B hardware one (if im lucky), or how does this work?
If I can return and get a new phone with the latest hardware/software on it, I'll go and do it rightaway :]

Did I write anything offensive in my post, or is this forum just more ignorant than others?
I see people getting replies to the most moronic of questions.. shouldnt this be a simple one to answer?

You won't get much answers if you insult (by calling them "ignorant") people here who's supposed to help you.
Why don't you return the item to the store where you got it, then you'll find out whether the warranty covers your problem.

Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do, I was just interested in hearing other peoples' stories and experiences in the matter. Oftentimes you learn something. I don't know if I will win something from being prepared for a certain question when going to the store, or something of that magnitude. I just want the best for my phone!
Sorry about proclaiming you as 'ignorant', I guess the word has a much lighter meaning in Swedish than in English. I never meant any harm, this is a good forum.

Of course we always want the very best.
Don't worry I didn't take it personally, I can't speak for the others though.

Take your phone to the closest service point. They will determine if it is a fabrication fault or similar. If so, you will probably get you phone replaced or repaired...
