how do the port settings affect the connectivity in a gprs connection? n why is the saved 5-digit no. different from what you feed???

try feeding in a 5 digit port no. in the setings options in ur ip in internet settings in connectivity in the desktop after pressing your joystick- n u'llknow wot i'm toking bout

I know what vodafone here uses 2 different port numbers, these connect to different wap servers. 9201 is wap1.x server and 8799 is wap 2.0. these are 4 digets... (like internet is 8080 for pc proxy)

Still not making your Pt clear man. Its like some obtruse stuff you have thought. What to say- Why do humans still have appendix. Its there FULL STOP. Doznt matter if tis 5 10 20, whatever handset manufacturer provide. Lets use what WE want.
